Master's student in Law at the Institute of Public Law (IDP). Postgraduate in Public and Business Law. Graduated in Law from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP).

Member of the Special Committee on Legal and Economic Competitiveness of the National OAB. Consultant Member of the Special Committee on Works, Concessions and Public Administration Control of the National OAB.

Specialized practice in Constitutional Law, Account Control, Infrastructure and Business, having integrated, as an associate lawyer, the offices of Basílio Advogados and Aroeira Salles Advogados. He also advocated before the Organization of American States (OAS/Washington).

In the Federal Government he held the positions of Ombudsman, Advisor and General Coordinator of the Office of the Minister of State for Justice (MJ), Advisor to the Sub-Head for Legal Affairs of the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic (SAJ/PR) and was part of the bidding area and Depen contracts at the Ministry of Justice.
