Our office brings together the successful experience of having conducted Presidential elections, majority and proportional elections throughout the country, with broad technical recognition from all legal actors involved, also standing out for its unprecedented participation in non-litigious conflict resolution within the scope of the Superior Court. ELECTORAL DISPUTE:

In the last three years, we have worked on more than 400 strategic actions by political agents, such as former Presidents of the Republic, Governors, Senators, Federal and State Deputies, Mayors and Councillors, in progress with the Regional Electoral Courts (TREs), Superior Court Electoral Court (TSE) and Federal Supreme Court (STF).

REGULARIZATION AND GUARANTEE OF CANDIDATES’ ELIGIBILITY:

We work in candidacy registration processes, defenses of mandate challenge actions, appeals against the issuance of a diploma and we are a reference in handling cases of removal of ineligibility resulting from disapproval of accounts, convictions in actions of administrative improbity and other hypotheses of the Law of the Clean Record.

LEGAL-STRATEGIC CAMPAIGN PLANNING:

We actively participate in campaigns. We offer smart, personalized legal strategies to candidates. This includes a consistent project to combat fake news and illegalities committed by opponents, advice on rules applicable to crowdfunding and electoral propaganda on social media, as well as guidance on conventions, hiring suppliers and accountability. We promote courses on the latest legal and jurisprudential updates involving the election.
